Buried for Another Day...

I feel like that sometimes.

Like I'm running around like a little blue squirrel, burying things, trying to remember where they are and come back to them.

My Google Task list (which I LOVE, btw), it overfloweth. My inbox runneth over.

When things get that way, my cards get simple. And I kinda like it.
How about that sassy woodgrain stamp from the new catalog?? Huh? You want it, don't cha? I like how it's a clean, modern version, and not rustic. It made me think of Martha's beautiful faux bois projects.

I love it in white on blue. I would love it in blue on white. :)

The little blue squirrel is from Animal Crackers. PS - on images where the greeting and the image are together, I always cut them apart so that I can use the images by themselves. Don't forget you can always customize your stamps before you mount them!

A few little events you might want to know about:

  1. Adorable and fabulous, as always! I feel the same way about running around, buried in tasks. Now I'm off to check out Google Task Master (list, I know, but "Task master" sounds better LOL)

  3. I'm still holding out on that background stamp. I WILL NOT be sucked in by the lure of a gorgeous card, I WILL NOT!

I also hack apart my stamps and mount the sentiments separately, and sometimes they are even straight!

  4. I LUV the blue/black and white combo! Am feeling a bit better today-just so sick the last couple- a small virus?

    WV- mines.

We are thinking about leaving the country and living maybe in Central America (Belize). SRSLY_ Just something to think about for the next few years. I'll excavate the ruins and "mines" and live in a wonderland forever.

We might seriously do this- wish us luck!

  7. NO way! You too!?! I pulled the unconscious squirrel today--losing bits, losing my head.... Kind of like the monkey brain. :O) Hope you find your acorns. This card is amazing! Love the layout and that you separate your sentiments. :O)
