But we got to have our traditional tacos together at my fave taco place - Tacodeli. Breakfast is normally when we go, but they are great for lunch and dinner too.
Our post-retreat shenanigans are really mostly about food, if I'm being honest. So many great places to eat here, we hardly have enough time to hit our favorites.
But it's not for lack of trying.
So I need to do some fasting :).
Anyway, I had a happy Lawn Fawn accident not too long ago, which is the reason I'm bringing you this card today.
I had placed an order for some of their newer interactive dies. I noticed when I got the order that there was a die in the order that I had not ordered or paid for - it was the coordinating die for the set I'm using today.
So, I went to their site and placed an order for the die I accidentally got and for the matching stamp set and put in the order notes not to ship me the die and why.
A few days later, the stamp arrived and I was so tickled to be able to make a taco card. It's an insanely cute stamp set. This stamp and die set was designed for their 9th birthday!
I used my tiny fine point pens after coloring the taco with Copics to add the dotty texture that tacos have.

Fun, right?
I am hoping to be able to start catching up today after being gone for the entire month of October. I'm woefully behind on most of life right now. Wish me luck.
Loveyameanitbye.
I love these little sets, I have them all. They are clever and affordable. Now I'm hungry, ha ha
ReplyDeleteTheir little birthday sets are so cute! Glad you had a fun retreat! Good luck getting "caught up", whatever that is!
