You know how you, just an ordinary person, sit around and dream up product ideas for other people who have the time and money to make them happen? That's me.
I've waited for more than 20 years for someone to come out with the perfect alcohol marker for ME - I know that's a small niche - but seriously - I've waited a long time and I've bought a LOT of markers.
So wait until you see today's video.
But more importantly - today is the first day of Dare to Get Dirty 2020 - wahoo! 41 challenges in a week to inspire everyone. I have actually five out of six done for today, so I am feeling pleased as punch.
Before I get to the video, here are the deets! I used this slimline stencil with Key Lime ink. Then I stamped these chonky Santas (which are all one stamp) and fussy cut them apart.
Then I colored them with the amazing new alcohol markers with a fineliner that let me do those tiny face details, and added a few sequins!
Here is the video, or if you don't see it, click here to watch it on YouTube. Then come back after for a coupon code for the markers!
So you can get 15% off the markers by using my link below and using coupon code Understandblue15 at checkout - it's good sitewide!

ReplyDeleteThank you for once again, for showing me new projects. During these hard times, it's nice to have a place I can go to escape.
ReplyDeleteI also would like to thank you for getting back to me on the Splitcoasters blog. I respect your opinions you give on the Splitcoasters blog.
Stay well and healthy.

How did you know I needed these?!!! I have copic sketch markers and have changed the chisel tip for the fine bullet nibs on some of them but it gets very expensive with the number I have and the bullet nibs isn't always fine enough. I neeeeeed these. How did you choose where to start? Is there any duplication of markers across same size sets? I'd rather have all 96 before ending up with duplicates. Did you buy the trinkets with the set? 💙🥳😃😍😻

ReplyDeleteThank you once again for your advice to look into Graphix markers. I am purchasing a few to test! here's hoping. Virtual fist bump!
ReplyDeleteLydia, Does the discount automatically come off the markers when you go to check out? I don't see a code to enter. Also,I will have to limit myself to 10 a month, will the coupon code work more than once? Thanks so very much.
