Only 92 days till Halloween & Dia de los Muertos! You know I'm obsessed with both, so I had a great time making some little swing cards! These are so fun - I've made them in a bunch of different colors. They'd be SO cute on tags.
The little mariachi man is ADORABLE! His little legs swing freely back and forth - here's a video of how these work with a little SURPRISE in it! I colored him with OLO Markers and used an old music book for the background. I love the little stitched details.
The girl with castanets - her whole body swings!! I kept her classic in red and white.
My FAVE is the reaper though - his body, scythe and all, sway.
I put him on this galaxy paper and used these gold puffy stickers.
AND - since we are on the topic of swing cards - how about a different kind of swing card? This die is so pretty and so fun to color. I gave her grey hair like me :).
Was there anything more fun than swinging? I want a swingset in my yard - let's normalize adult swingsets, shall we? The background is this floral 3D embossing folder, highlighted with white pigment ink.
It comes with the little hello die that precisely matches the curve of her skirt, so no sentiment stamp needed. So fun.

I built filters by technique type so you can easily sort and see, for example - all the gel printing videos, or all the coloring videos etc. I've also linked to edited videos for techniques that have them if you want the shorter version.
