Crafty Rewind Series - Simple Word Die Cards + Stencil Workshop

Happy Friday! I am coming to you all sleep deprived, because Splotchy woke me up at 3:30 this morning, giving me plenty of time to blog before work! THANKS SPLOTCHY!

My crafty rewind series is designed to give you new ideas for older stamps and dies - a request I get a lot!

So I'm back with a crafty rewind again today - looking back at a die I got last year - the October die, which is part of their month word die series. These are great for your annual birthday cards, and they all have fun little details like the bat and spider web on this one. Gotta get those Libras and Scorpios their cards!

For the background, I used mineral paper and three colors of alcohol ink a light, a medium and a dark, which I blew around with an air can to give the feel of a spooky orange cloud in an October sky.

Then I used the October die with black glitter paper and BOOM. Simple Halloween or October birthday card!.
