Anyway, I've never forgotten one thing he said in that class, because we took it at about the time the iPhone came out, with its hoopla over screen resolution. He said there is no higher resolution image than black text on a white page. No screen in the world can duplicate that. So fascinating.
So today I thought I'd create my prints with only black and white paint. I always forget how beautiful these prints are because it's so comfortable to do colorful things.
I started with this stencil, this die, and a little stack of rainbow glitter paper. I used my 5x7 Gel Press and Dina Wakley black and white paints. Since this witch die is a negative space die, I cut it out with my circle infinity dies.
For some of the other prints I used this beautiful stencil. (Use LydiaFan10 for 10% off).
This version is white paint picked up with black paint - same stencil.
Aren't they fun and almost 3D? You can see how I made them in this video.
Here are all the supplies I used today.

Wow! I saw this on FB and had to come for a look! I love black and white. I am still a bit shy around the gel press so I am really eager to give this a try! Stunning prints and fun Halloween card!
