Sending Warm Hugs

It's been unseasonably cool here, which is amazing. Windows open, no breaking into a sweat the second you step outside. Sunny, calm days. Our fall is exceedingly brief, but a lot of fun. I remember NY falls - which are also amazing, and colorful, but much colder than these. And as long as I have watercolor, I will happily trade colorful trees for balmy fall days and colorful paints instead. 

I've been trying to revisit a lot of older stamps and dies lately - I figured this strange year was a perfect time to slow down and enjoy what I have. 

So one of my favorite purchases of all time came out to play today - this adorable bookmark style set of overhanging critters from a whole series of similar sets of critters. The dies let you have them hanging over something as I am doing here today. In addition to the one I used today, there's this one and this one. If you want a trip down memory lane - the last time I blogged this beloved set that will always be in my collection - here's a blog post about it from 2018. Some things are just timeless!

I used this new word die which fits this little bear so perfectly, along with this rainbow paper on top of black cardstock. I think the font in this die is so cute - and the size is perfect for a very clean and simple card. The die is part of a bunch of fun new holiday releases right here.
