Okay, so since I brought you a black and gold vintage holiday card, I thought I'd balance things out with a little neon action.
Grab your sunglasses - this one's bright, little kittens!
It starts with a piece of
Duralar, that I dropped three colors of alcohol ink -
IB3,
BP5 and
TB6. I love the dropper cap on these bottles! Keeps the alcohol ink from flying out before you're ready for it. I put puddles of the inks along the top of the
Duralar, and used an old gift card to drag them into stripes down the card. You have to work fast, because as you drag the ink, it's drying. So get the puddles where you want them before dragging.
After that dried, I inked up
this background stamp with
alcohol lift ink and stamped it into the alcohol ink for a little texture.
I used
the snowflake from Wednesday's card and then used
this Christmas die for the sentiment for a bright and cheery 5 minute card! I used
my invisible vellum adhesive to adhere it to the card base.
