The answer is always a happy one, right?
I was inspired today by... a wish. No dandelion, just a wish.
So I made this for Kristina's color challenge.
This dandelion layer is one of the new printed window sheets from the Occasions Mini, layered on black cardstock. Yes - acetate with lovely designs on it!
When I was at CHA and ran into Shelli, she asked me what I thought SU! had to have that I had seen there. I said "Printed Window Sheets." She smiled and said "Really? We don't have them in the catalog? I swear I saw some." *twinkle* I felt like I should keep that a secret, so I did. But now, the cat's out of the bag - and these are STUNNING.
Always one step ahead of us, Mrs. Gardner is. Grant wishes, she does.
The card base is black, the designer paper is from Urban Oasis, and a strip of self stick rhinestones. The "wish" is part me, part rub-on from the Christmas set. I used the DSP to hide the adhesive holding the window sheets on.
This is maybe a four second card. Leaving you time for your wishes!
Here's how we celebrated Caturday at UBlue Central. An empty schedule, a three hour nap, and a sleepy blogging companion.Have you signed up for the UBlue Cyber Club? Attended one of my Webinars?? Come on - get your geek on! :)
