Today is the day that the new Starving Artistamps Doodle Factory images are released and man, are they FABBY!!!!!
I'm a city girl above all else. I love all the chaos and the sounds and smells and sights. I miss NYC.
So this first one really spoke to me!!
I made a little tribute, in which I am the bird, thinking of big buildings and taxis and hot dogs on the street.
I colored the background with Copics and made the little glow around them with my colorless blender. The greeting is a rubon.
The birdie (me) is popped up with dimensionals. *sigh*
This second one is a teeny model, sort of. Depending on the building, I popped them up with two or three dimensionals so they are all different heights. Cool, huh?
Little Bloop has had his heart stolen by this Rooftops cityscape..
Then I played with the country scene. Still in popup mode, I paper pieced this one and varied the heights of the elements... I loved putting my teeny version of Rupert, who is in love with the sun, into this scene. Could he be any cuter? Looks like the sun loves him back. :)
Okay - time to move on! The next blog in the hop is Andrea's. Click on over to her and see what she's got.
