You Say Love Birds, I say BIRD LOVE!

I can't wait for my bird moms to see this post - I had soooooo much fun making this. A good friend of mine used to have these sweet little tiny finches - I loved them so much. 

And my friend Kia loves her bird friends, so this is going to make her smile I think!

I have a video and a big giveaway coming - so I'll post that in a few days, but this is really a sneak peek.

I used bird dies and watercolor paper, and you're going to love the super simple watercolor technique I show you in the video. 

The background is made with a single ink - see the little bit of separation? I smooshed it with water first and then used the same ink and this background stamp on top.

The birdcage die I cut out of vellum and perched the little birdies on it. The sentiment is from this set.

    I saw your Youtube video for the hop, but can't find the list of all the participants. I only saw the 2 before you. No others :( Your birds are so cute and sweet. Good idea to check out the colors of the real birds...
