Augmenting No-Line Watercolor Video Tutorial

Hi friends! 

I'm coming to you today with an idea that was one of those "I should have had a V8" moments - using layering floral stamps for augmenting no-line watercolor. 

I'm using this STUNNING new kit from Gina K, with a gorgeous layering lotus image designed by her daughter Alicia. I stamped it in Whisper, painted it with Daniel Smith and then added the layering image - I LOVE the contrast between no line and this dotted detail layer. And then in the background - I painting Cascade Green onto Palette Paper to get this special pigment to separate and granulate beautifully - I'll explain that in the video. Such a peaceful, balanced image.

Then I went in a completely different direction with the same image just to show you the range, and I zentangled it! I then used the matching dies and masking magic to mask the image and I created a rainbow with Passionate Pink, Tangerine Twist, Wild Dandelion, Key Lime and Blue Raspberry inks and the Fizzy stencil that's in this kit. So fun and happy.

Here's what I did with the adorable sushi set. And I LOVE dumplings. Literally one of my favorite foods, so I had to stamp a few of those little cuties out and add two of the sentiments. If you look at the dies above, I think they'd be really cute even without any stamping, so I'm going to try that this weekend.
