Keepin' it Weird down here..

This is a normal weekend for us. They are telling us it was not a satellite and just not to worry about it. Okey dokey. If a UFO takes out my stamp room I'm gonna be PEEVED!!!!!!!

  4. No Joke! The only bright spot [pun intended], is that even though I may be closer to the fire ball, I don't want it to hit my stamp room.
    Although......if it was still intact, I wonder how much I could get for it on ebay?

  5. I wonder if ET wants to come make some cute cards with us? I'm with you, though...they can land in my yard, but they best keep their mother-ship out of my general stamping area. I would hate to go all medieval on some poor extra-terrestial.

  9. Dood, where was NORAD, NASA, the FAA, the radar geeks, etc. Or is Cooter up in Plano actually our best instrument for detecting large, incoming fireballs from the ionosphere?

  10. One funny thing about this was that my husband was standing outside of church (holding the door as a "greeter" and SAW IT FIRST HAND! He told me about it couldn't figure it out at all. We were surprised it made the news. Go figure. :-/ Only in Austin! LOL
